WIRE ROPE LUBRICATOR MASTO SOLVES ALL PROBLEMS CONCERNING RENOVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CORROSION PREVENTATIVE FOR ROPES AND CABLES.
The high static requires a high-quality corrosion protection film, which penetrates into the cores of the wire rope.
The application by brush, roller or hand is not only costly, also it is not guaranteed that the protection coat is penetrating deeply into the gussets and cores. By the application with the MASTO wire rope lubricator the protection film reduces also the internal friction in between wire and builds up a protective layer on the wire rope, which keeps away the water and chemical pollutants. A correct and for the type of use adapted maintenance wire rope application is the most  important requirement for an undisturbed use of rope action and a long lasting lifetime of the wire rope. Only the high pressure reapplication with the MASTO lubricator and a heavy duty lubricant ensures a very effective internal cleaning and lubrication of the wire ropes. We recommend for the application FLUID FILM WRO-EP, which has been used by the NATO for years in different fields.

FLUID FILM contains no solvents, which also makes it compatible with conventional wire rope greases. After the application the operation of the rope can be started due to no drying time.

Model MWL 4/35 is designed to take 4 seals. Model MWL 36/77 takes 2 seals. The complete system contains also an airless pump unit with follow plate for 20 It. Pails, material hose and 2 chains for anchoring the unit to convenient, stationary object.
